Rock scrambling in Snowdonia. Working on advanced rope techniques with Dave and Alec. We were rock scrambling in the Ogwen valley, scrambling on Idwal Buttress, up on to Continuation Wall. The weather was much better than forecasted as usual. What a brilliant day! We looked at efficient rope work techniques for managing risk between grade 1, 2 and 3 ground. Dave and Alex both had the techniques quickly and we finish off with escaping via abseiling by the end of the day.
