Mountain Leader Training Course for Phil George in Snowdonia. Running a Mountain leader course,  we had excellent conditions with low wind and poor visibility which really allowed the candidates to experiment with their navigation.  They were quite a good standard when they came and by the end of the week they were flying! The Mountain Leader journey really transforms the person during this time and they arrive at the end a confident person in the mountain no matter what the conditions!
