Being able to Navigate in the mountains is important particularly in bad weather. While planning your next leg it’s important to get your strategy right to save you time not having to refer to the map during the leg. Contour interpretation is particularly important in complex steep mountain ground. We were really enjoying ourselves until a Snowstorm came in. Just as well we could navigate!
