Lucy really wanted to put her mountain navigation skills to the test. She has spend 2 days practicing her navigation in the run up to her assessment. Good preparation for ML Assessment requires good skills in contour interpretation, this is particularly useful on steep ground. It makes navigation so much easier! Lucy has certainly mastered the art of navigation on steep ground using contour interpretation in situations where other navigation skills become in efficient to use. She certainly is prepared for her ML assessment!
