Rock scrambling in Snowdonia. Despite the bad weather at the weekend Kevin and I had a great time Rock scrambling in Cwm Idwal on the route North West Face on the Saturday and the sun on the East face of Tryfan. We climbed around Bastow Buttress and the Nor Nor area. Kevin was practicing advanced rope techniques for scrambling. Robert and Ellis had a great time on the North ridge. Ellis is a great mountaineer. He is only seven? (if I remember correctly) he climbed the mountain without a care in the world telling his dad to keep up! An excellent day out. Search for the mountains Ellis no matter what the distance!
