Welsh 3000s 14 peaks challenge traversing the main ridge

The Welsh 3000s over 2 days is still quite a challenge and a much more pleasant way to achieve all the peaks over 3000ft. in Snowdonia. Rachel put together a team of friends which took this challenge on. What a good job they did. The first day was Snowdon and the Glyder range and the second day the Carneddau range. It was a tough two days and they pulled through! Congratulationsits no mean challenge! A few photos have been put together showing some of the journey over the two days across every 3000ft peaks in Snowdonia. Well done everybody. Cheers Joe at Mountaineering Joe

Rock climbing on the South stack sea cliffs Bridget bridging out to take the weight off the arms

Rock climbing on the sea cliffs is as about exposed as you can get. That abseil in with all that commitment, the friction, the sea crashing in below you …all adds to the excitement of the rock climb. Biddy and Jamie just loved all this and had a great day on Castell Helen with perfect weather. Multi pitch rock climbing in North wales …if the mountains are not in condition then the sea cliffs can get some perfect climbing! Multi pitch rock climbing with Mountaineering Joe
